Start with the right support path

Stock Analyzer is an educational research tool, so most support requests fall into one of four groups: a data value looks stale or incorrect, a symbol or market page is missing context, an account or watchlist feature is not working, or a privacy or policy question needs a clear answer. Use the guidance below to include enough detail for a useful review.

For anything time-sensitive, include the page URL, ticker symbol, exchange or market, the date you saw the issue, and the source you expected the page to match. Primary sources such as issuer filings, exchange announcements, regulator notices, and annual reports are the most helpful references.

Data corrections

Market data can be delayed, adjusted, revised, or missing. A correction request should explain whether the issue appears in price history, financial statements, dividends, calendars, market classification, stock scoring, or chart analysis. When possible, include the exact value shown on Stock Analyzer and the value shown by the primary source.

  • For prices, include the symbol, exchange, date, and whether you are comparing open, close, adjusted close, or intraday data.
  • For fundamentals, include the fiscal period, report type, currency, and filing or issuer report you are using as evidence.
  • For classifications, include the expected sector, industry, exchange segment, instrument type, or quote-provider suffix.

We prioritize reports that change the meaning of a research page, affect a displayed score, or could cause readers to compare unlike securities.

Account and watchlist help

Account features are used for saved symbols and personal workflow preferences. They are separate from public editorial pages, and they do not change how securities are ranked or described. If login, registration, profile, or watchlist features are not working, include the browser, device type, approximate time, and any visible error message.

Do not send passwords, full identity documents, brokerage statements, or private financial information through support requests. Stock Analyzer does not need that information to troubleshoot general product issues.

Research and methodology questions

If a scoring label, metric definition, or comparison framework seems unclear, first review the methodology, editorial policy, and metrics guide. Those pages explain how screens, scores, formulas, and limitations are presented.

Support cannot provide personalized investment advice, price targets, suitability reviews, tax guidance, or instructions to buy or sell securities. We can clarify how a page works, explain where a metric appears, and review reports of stale or confusing content.

Privacy, advertising, and policy requests

Privacy questions, cookie questions, data deletion requests, and advertising-related questions can be sent through the contact page. The privacy policy explains what information may be processed, and the terms and financial disclaimer explain the limits of the service.

To make a request, describe the account or email address involved and the action you want reviewed. We may need to verify account control before completing privacy or deletion requests.
