What to include with a data or product question

For symbol coverage, market data, company fundamentals, scoring or chart questions, include the ticker, exchange or country, page URL and the value that looks incorrect. Screenshots and source links help us compare displayed data with issuer filings, exchange notices or provider records.

Coverage and correction requests

If a symbol is missing or mapped to the wrong market, include the official exchange code, company name, instrument type and any quote-provider suffix you expected to use. This is especially helpful in markets where ordinary shares, warrants, funds, REITs and preferred securities may have similar names.

For corrections, explain whether the issue appears in price history, dividends, financial statements, scores, market classification or search results. We prioritize reports that include a primary source such as an exchange notice, issuer announcement, annual report or regulatory filing.

General feedback is useful when a workflow feels unclear, a page is hard to read on mobile or a market needs better coverage. Clear examples help us improve the research experience while keeping scoring and safety language consistent across the site.
