The company was formerly known as Mitsui DM Sugar Holdings Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Mitsui DM Sugar Co.,Ltd. in April 2025. Mitsui DM Sugar Co.,Ltd. was incorporated in 1947 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
